Affect; Arashi creates a third eye under his headband or were his headband was which increases the power of sight jutsus and allows him to use the Third Eye Releases.

Affect; Arashi can see forward and backward in time using his third eye. He can see forward in time up to half an hour and backward in time several years. This jutsu is very prevelent in detecting next moves or outcomes of things but Arashi cannot be interupted while using it and it takes a long series of handsigns (10).
